Monday 6pm – Boot Camp (45 min class) instructor Bobbi Reen, $7 per person

Tuesday 6am – Kickboxing and Core (1 hour class) instructor Mountain Girl Fitness, $10 per person

Tuesday 5pm – Yoga with Nicole ( 1 hour class) by Stepping Stone Yoga Studio, $15 per person

Tuesday 6:15pm – Zumba with Luciana Swenson (1 hour class) $8 per person

Bootcamp – Bootcamp is a fun way to work out in a group setting. No judgement, just fun,laughter and a sweaty good time. We only use the elements outside or within our reach. No heavy equipment or machines. Join us today…No experience necessary- everyone welcome…

Kickboxing and Core – Are you ready to start your day with a great sweat? Then this is the class for you!! In this class we’ll do a variety of cardio kickboxing and core mixed with some weights.  You will leave feeling ready to kick butt all day! Bring Weights, a mat, and water and I’ll push you to get stronger and show you all the moves that leave you feeling like a million dollar baby!!

Yoga with Nicole– Hatha flow that will safely push you past your physical and mental limitations in a way that leaves you feeling lighter and re-vitalized. You will be guided through various asana sequences with the intention of increasing body awareness. Mini guided meditations will be offered at the beginning and end of class. All levels welcome.

Rocket Power Yoga- This vibrant routine was inspirationally designed to offer a transformative experience that will leave you feeling lighter, freer, more relaxed and energized. This 75 minute class is built around the powerful meditation that occurs by linking breath and movement. This ultimate feel good routine will focus on balancing postures, forward bending, twisting, back bending, arm balances, abdominals and inversions. Physical strength and flexibility are a result, not prerequisite. Be brave. See what happens when you transcend your limitations and realize the possibilities!
(Fun bonus fact: This routine was first introduced to and practiced by The Grateful Dead!)
